COMIC REVIEW FOR :JUSTICE LEAGUE #14 THE INJUSTICE LEAGUE SAGA

review by Phil Seahorn
I had always read that the original "Wonder Woman" had a lot of S&M influences in the artwork.
And this was when she was appearing in comics back in the 40's and 50's!
Well, folks, get a load of THIS SPREAD IN THE NEW "JUSTICE LEAGUE" relaunch,#14, which came out last week.
I would use the famous comic phrase"Nuff Said!", but this issue has a lot going for it, in a run
that features fantastic art and storyline.
This issue has the "Man of Steel" and" Black Lightening" teaming up, and it plays well.
You seldom see the "MAIN 7" working with the lesser tier heroes in the DC universe, and this issue has all the feel of the "Justice League Unlimited" series on Cartoon Network, which was CRIMINALLY underrated.
(Go out and get the DVD, folks, best comic book animation and story lines in years).
McDuffie was the writer for the show.
This issue has also got the creepiest looking "Joker" I have seen in a long while.Great rendering of him.
Pick this issue up folks, as this run on the "Justice League" looks very interesting.
